Can a Chi Kung master who is competent in some form like fetus breathing live for many years without breathing air? I chose fetus breathing because that's the only one I've heard of that does not breath using the lungs.
If yes, will he/she be able to live with lungs cut out?
will he/she be able to live in outer space in a space suit without oxygen?

Hi Yixin,
I dont know the answer to your question. I was wondering if you could elaborate more on Foetus Breathing as I am unfamiliar with that system or technique of chi kung.
"Foetus Breathing, reminiscent of the foetus in the mother's womb, is used for prolonged passivity where normal nose and mouth breathing is suspended and cosmic energy permeates in." - Chi Kung for Health and Vitality.
I guess I don't really know how long the "prolonged passivity" can be

Wouldn't cutting out lungs (a vital organ) create termendous blockage and yin-yang disharmony? I think even a great Chi Kung master wouldn't be able to overcome that. But then again, you never know.
