For such warm comments! I'm certain that without the support that being a member of this family gives, I would have found it impossible to enjoy life as I do now, and to think, I've only just begun!
Ps. Molly, After a certain classmate recently decided to make it his mission to crush my toes, I've made it one of my objectives to avoid having my feet stood on in sparring, so by next intensive course my toes are gonna be free of cheeky foot stompers
Very inspiring. I think it's great when people post information like this. It helps to inspire me and also confirm that I made a good decision joining the Shaolin Wahnam family.
I have to say that I did one chi kung class (for one day) before I fell into the hands of Sifu Marcus here in London. Although I liked what was taught in no way did I feel the same level of friendliness and happiness as I do in my kung fu class with Sifu Marcus.
I can't say I am very diligent in my practice, something I am working on and I am moving in the right direction in that sense, but when I practice on my own I feel so good. Which of course helps to spure me on.
So I think I know where you might be coming from!!
