Like many styles, the fate of Tiger Swallow Fist is up for debate. In China, one soon finds claimants to the legacy of just about every style that ever existed, and a few that did not =) There are those who claim the style today, I refer you to the book TIGER-SWALLOW FIST by Gao Tao Sheng which is available in English for a more lengthy explanation. There is also a karate kata called Empi which is thought by some to contain some of the Tiger Swallow techniques.
As for Kojiro Sasaki, the famed worthy opponent of Musashi, there exist no direct descriptions of his famed Tsubame Gaeshi or "Turning Swallow Cut". Attempts have been made to reconstruct the technique using the two still-known techniques that it was compared to during its time- Itto-ryu's Kinshi Cho Ohken and the Ganryû Kosetsu To. Both of these cuts involved cutting down and then instantly back up. However, Kojiro's exact technique is unknown.
There are many people currently involved in the revival of Bartitsu, too many to list here, but I am sure a google search will yield tons of info on the subject. Richard Bowen can be credited with reviving Barton-Wrights articles in 2001. These are available on the Electronic Journals of Martial Arts and Sciences. There is also an excellent book published by the Bartitsu Society entitled "The Bartitsu Compendium, Volume 1: History and the Canonical Syllabus" by Tony Wolf, that I highly recommend.
