Iron Shirt or Golden Bell

Good Morning!
Recently i was thinking about particular developments e.g iron shirt, golden bell, when i suddenly thought- which one would be better to have?
Now i dont know enough about either of these to make many comments, but i would find it interesting to hear everyones thoughts on this.
Also what would be preferred, iron palm or cosmos palm?? again i do not know that much about either, so it would be interesting to hear everyones thoughts on the subject.

Regarding iron palm or cosmos palm

From my limited view I would say that both are effective for combat efficiency but cosmos palm also has the ability to heal. Which in my view makes it more desirable And as a bonus you don’t get callused hands.

There is an excellent chapter in the complete Book of Shaolin on these subjects.
