I don't know where the Financial Times' ice cream expertise comes from, but this seemed like a good list to have on the forum.

World's Best Ice Cream Shops

I've gone to The Ice Cream Bar in San Francisco many times, it's probably the best one I've been to. I took Sigung there during the San Francisco courses and he very much approved of the quality.

Can anyone vouch for others on the list? Any that should've been included?

I went once to Churn in Phoenix, AZ. It had an amazing goat cheese flavor.

Not had the pleasure of visiting any of those, but I might be going to Berlin later in the year, so if I do I'll check out the one mentioned on that list and report back
