Hello everyone. I joined this forum per recommendation of one of my friends who does kung fu as well. I train in traditional kung fu like your school, except my style mostly comes from the daoist tradition. I have been looking at Sifu Wong Kiew Kit's webpages and I am glad to see some similarities in teaching methods. It's very hard to find other traditional kung fu students to study or exchange ideas with, so I am glad to have found this forum. I am looking forward to meeting each of you.

Hi Daoist,

Welcome to the forum. I'm glad you are enjoying what you have found here and on our Sifu's homepages. There is a saying in Chinese: "All kung fu comes from Shaolin", so it is certainly not surprising that you would find many similarities between your training and ours. We also have strong Taoist influences in our school, as our Grandmaster, Ho Fatt Nam was a Taoist master.
