Meridian Cleansing

Greetings all,

Among all the exercises and skills I have learned from Sigung, Meridian Cleansing (from the Bone Marrow Cleansing exercises) is the only skill that consistently gives me spiritual glimpses of God.

Both Iron Wire and Sinew Metamorphosis generate tremendous internal force. However, Meridian Cleansing, although gentler, really seems to help me expand spiritually.

Does anyone else have similar experiences?

Hello Stephen,

A quick answer: Flowing force is more suitable if you wish to expand in the cosmos. Iron Wire, among others, is harder and consolidated force. This is less suitable for expanding into the cosmos. Sifu wrote about this in his Q&A answers, if you wish, you can google it.

Interesting point.
Particularly Iron Wire gives me more spiritual nourishment than many other exercises.
