Had an interesting experience I thought I'd share, maybe with a useful lesson for some of the other students
I was wrapping up chi flow and had started standing meditation, and my chi was wanting to float a bit and was making me giggle a little so I gently thought of my dan tian. I repeated this 3 or 4 times, and was probably more preoccupied with it than I should have been haha. But anyway, as I thought of my dan tian the last time I had this very distinct image flash in my mind of golden energy moving very rapidly in a very distinct, complex geometric pattern. It reminded me of electrons orbiting the nucleus of an atom, but the geometric pattern was more complex than the classic diagrams they have of that. It also made me think of the stories of how they supposedly found crystals in the ashes of cremated monks that were created in vital energy points in the monks' bodies.
Of course upon this image flashing in my mind, I instantly began intellectualizing it. First worried that the energy at my dan tian was moving WAY too fast haha. And then thinking about the atom and monk thing above. Then I did my best to let go and finish up the session.
I imagine this was just a glimpse of the energy in my dan tian at a microscopic level. But I don't really care. Very good, carry on as they say
The lesson, in case you missed it, was NOT to instantly intellectualize and worry when weird stuff happens in your practice

Hope everyone is enjoying their practice!
