It gives me great pleasure to announce that there will be an Open Class for Shaolin Kung Fu in London on Tuesday 25th August.
Attending the class will give you an opportunity to :

- Discover how to enter a Zen state of mind.
- Experience a deep level of relaxation.
- Learn Kung fu stances and patterns as used by past masters.
- Realise how Kung fu patterns can be used for combat.
- Share your experiences and engage with a warm and friendly class of Kung Fu students.
