I am so excited and really happy to announce that Sifu has kindly and generously agreed to transmit the 12 exercises in the Sinew Metamorphosis set at the Valentine's Smile from the Heart week next year 2010
Mile Bhuiochas Sifu.
The dates are: February 20th and 21st.
Venue: The Brehon Hotel, Killarney, Co Kerry
It will be a Festival of Shaolin Chi Kung with:

12 Sinew Metamorphosis set- 20th & 21st
18 Shaolin Exercises for Health and Vitality- 22nd & 23rd
