Dear Sifu, Shaolin Family and Friends,
Time flies.
6 months have already past since Mutsumi, Naoko, and I became certified instructors.
I would like to say thank you to Sifu (Sifu Wong) again.
Mutsumi and I have been teaching regular classes as instructors in Japan since then.
Mutsumi has been teaching Shaolin Kungfu and I have been teaching Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung and Wahnam Taijiquan.
Our classes are gradually becoming stable and the student-body is growing steadily.
Soon Naoko will return to Japan to officially begin her classes also.
Students of Shaolin Wahnam Japan are spread out all over Japan.
They live and train in more than 7 big cities across the country.
Our success is because of the fact that Sifu kindly came to Japan last December
and taught Japanese people such wonderful Shaolin arts.
Also, Sije Emiko, as our Chief Instructor, is always supporting Mutsumi, Naoko and me in our efforts.
We have already finished two 12-week terms of teaching and now we are in the 3rd term.
I have been posting our regular class schedule on this forum in the "Other Language Section",
but recently, I received some phone calls from some non-Japanese people who are
living in Japan and are very interested in the Shaolin arts.
They were wondering if there were regular classes being held in Japan.
I was happy to tell them, "Yes." Because of this, I decided to write here in the English Section of the forum
to let non-Japanese people know about us, and to welcome them to come and join us.
It brings me joy to know that the students are getting better health through Chi Kung,
and also to see that the students are improving their combat skills in Shaolin Kungfu and Wahnam Taijiquan.
I am so glad that I had the good chance to meet these wonderful Shaolin Arts.
Thank you, Sifu.
Sincerely,
Yumi
