The good news don't stop! Sifu has generously offered to make the Developing Internal Force course to be different and special from previous courses, like the one in Montreux back in 2012. In that course students would learn to develop internal force with the horse riding stance and the three circle stance.

This year Sifu will teach students the two types of internal force: the soft flowing internal force and the hard consolidated internal force!
