This is a public poll, so you can see everyone who disagrees with your choices and help them with their blockages by submitting them to a prolonged email campaign to break their spirits and get them to agree with you.
However, prolonged Lifting Water can affect even the most stalwart and serious of musical performers. The following clip demonstrates the perils and possible chi flows of such individuals

NB - If you are at work, turn the sound down. Lifting Water will also help placate irate bosses, while Lifting The Sky will help you explain to family members why you are spending more time at home now.

Despite the obvious number of misled people who do not regard Lifting Water as the glorious and magnificent exercice that it is, I remain hopeful. I only see in that video a great example of letting go, and I am willing to try some of those innovative moves in a future gig.
In addition to irate bosses, Lifting Water will most surely help to placate outraged bandmates who might not be so open minded when I demonstrate those principles at the next rehearsal.
"Then how could chi kung overcome diseases where the cause is unknown or when there is no cure? The question is actually incorrect. The expressions "the cause is unknown" and "there is no cure" are applicable only in the Western medical paradigm. The expressions no longer hold true in the chi kung paradigm. In the chi kung paradigm the cause is known, and there is a cure."
and the karmic repercussions go on this made me smile today
p.s. hello Hubert, haven't tried lifting water yet but I am a fan of other 'lifting' qigong exercises (sun and moon, the sky), so I'll reserve my judgement (perhaps Sihing Jamie will teach this in his qigong class which I attend)
Ah yes, and another question is - if you voted again now, how would you vote?
Well, my favorite Chi Kung exercise is the actual chi flow. As we are flowing when we do any patterns, "lifting water" is indeed my favorite. But so are all the other ones
In the end the "neither yes nor no" jokes are actually not far off!
