    Euwww!

Very true tho, it's back to the old point that if you actually saw what lived in a glass of water, you would be very reluctant to drink water (unless you actually like eating at MacDonalds).

For an intellectual (and possibly wrong) answer, if you have just expelled various toxins it would be rather foolish to take some of them back in again (via uncovered food).

Then again, I dont eat in MacDonalds either (fake pictures to the contary ).

What if it fell out of a plane and hit you?
Or if it had really bad emotional blockages?
Or it kept hearing Granny telling it to?

Hehehe. thanks for lightening up this post, guys. I think I want to separate my two practices, chi kung and Guan Yin recitation- ie, two different rooms completely. And take it easy and slow with setting up a Guan Yin practice.

Quatro Bajina, when I said I found a red cloth, implying it was already on hand, it still turned out to be new and unused. I don't think I'd want a used one.

This was the answer which Sifu gave me when he told me to empty out a glass of water I was about to drink during courses here in Klosters last August. Remember that a Chi Kung Master can "energise" water or other food/drink for healing purposes.

A contaminated banana is not going to kill you.
Just love Darryl's comments to this ....

                Bodhisattva Guan Yin

Hello Dear Respected Brothers and Sisters.

It's great to see there are people in the shaolin wahnam family that do the vow practice's to Bodhisattva Guan Yin.

I myself have been doing it for over a year. Everyday I do it before Qigong so it helps and makes the practice better.

                Peace everyone

                  HAHAHAHA!!

I would pray after you've trained. I just feel better to be cleansed first.
