Zen will not find anybody. How come what doesn't search would find something?

Peace and calmness are not second nature. Deep inside the ocean is calm and quiet, only the wind creates the waves at its surface. Our mouth is like the wind, as soon as we speak we wave our ocean.

What is the difference between wall and bricks?

      very wise words .

yet my words were not fact , just my opinion.

its like trying to be relaxed , you can not relax while trying !!
you can not find zen while trying , when your mind has completly let go, zen will come .
that is why zen can take a lifetime.
zen is not a thing u can touch or get , its somthing you realize.

the difference between wall & bricks ??
bricks make the wall , the wall doesnt make the bricks.. lol

Is the moon and the moonlight separated?

          And,

What about water and the Ocean?
Related to this, your morning coffee and the water in the ditch in front of your house, what is their relation?

Depending on which of my co-workers is making the morning coffee, I would say taste, texture, smell, and appearance...

the difference between all things metioned is the way you look at it.

water on its own , ocean as a hole .
brick on its own , wall as a hole.

the difference between wall and brick though , i would say was the wall needs the bricks to be a wall ....
wheres as the brick doesnt need the wall to become a brick. lol

also the brick needs nothing extra to be a brick ....
where as the wall needs the brick and cement to be a wall.

when you look at a forrest what do you see first ??
              a forrest ?
              trees ?
              or wood?

the only difference between most things is how we see them.

If born blind, you would not consider yourself missing out on the sights until someone laments to you about it.

Zen? Go into the forest and listen to the wind through the trees, you might find it there. Or in the murmuring of your dishwasher.
When one door closes, another one opens.

The water in the coffee and the water in the ditch are on their way to the ocean.

Yes, Sihing Joko, I've considered this when drinking from a creek,
hiking into the hills above, and relieving myself.

If by 'relieving yourself' you mean...urinating...then this is quite nice!

                          Ha Ha!
Just don't drink from the stream after relieving yourself!
Also, that's a long way to go for the toilet!

You can still drink from the stream after peeing in it, just make sure to drink upstream from where you pee!

                                Over-intellectualizing:

A man never crosses the same stream twice, for he is not the same man, and the stream is not the same stream.
Therefore crossing the stream will render the stream safe to drink from.
                                .
