We could really use some help to publicise Sifu's seminar in London on 27th July.

If you have any organisations (acupuncturists, martial arts centres, alternative health centres) or anyone you can think of that might benefit from attending Sifu's course please let me know. And lets face it, who couldn't benefit?

Either, I can send you some leaflets to pass on or, if you PM me the address, I will send them directly myself.

This is your opportunity to

Just a reminder about what it also says on Sifu's website page about the Ten Shaolin Laws

"There is no legal biding on the Ten Shaolin Laws; one cannot be prosecuted in a law court if he breaks these laws. The binding is moral. But they are not forced upon the follower; the follower accepts them because he chooses to, because he believes they are helpful to him in his physical, emotional, mental and spiritual cultivation."

As I said before, even if the people who see the material don't come to the seminar it may still spur them to contact a UK instructor to attend another course. So, if you are benefitting from either Sifu's instruction or one of the UK instructor's training remember - they put in a lot of effort to be able to pass these things on to you. This is an opportunity to show gratitude.

And, for the avoidance of doubt, I won't be making any money out of this. Any money that is raised will be passed on to Sifu and/or Shaolin Wahnam in the UK.

Oh, and by the way, you dont need to live in London to help. My experience is that people are prepared to travel to receive high quality teaching.

If anyone would like to help promote this event in an easy way, here is an email I sent to all the contacts on my mail system. A very easy but effective way of spreading the word.

By passing this on, even if people don't attend the event, they may contact a Shaolin Wahnam UK instructor to investigate classes. Please feel free to use any of the words to construct your own email.

You may know I have been practising Chi Kung for a number of years now and had lots of benefit. The man I learnt from, Sifu Wong Kiew Kit, is coming to London in July. I thought I would pass it on to people to check out for themselves.

Alternatives, in London, have asked him to give a practical workshop on July 27. It's title is "Chi Kung - The Art of Developing Vital Energy". Alternatives host famous people from around the world in the fields of "well being, self development and spirituality" e.g. Eckhart Tolle, Deepak Chopra, Tony Buzan. One of the advantages of seeing these people here is that Alternatives don't charge much, only £65 for a days workshop. Also, even if you are sceptical or haven't heard of Sifu Wong Kiew Kit/Chi Kung, Alternatives are a reputable organisation who attract the highest quality teachers.

I was quite sceptical about Chi Kung when I first heard about it. Learning from this man was a pleasant surprise. It had a big effect from the beginning and has carried on.

It shows an interview with Sifu, which is just fantastic. There is also a great photo of Sifu. Both of them are a great advert for practising Chi Kung.

One month to go and the workshop is just over 2/3 full. Just time for a final push.

Thanks to everyone who has helped so far.

If you can, I would encourage you to come forward and help with the promotion of this event. Alternatives are clearly excited about it as they have arranged for Sifu to be filmed and interviewed at the Chi Kung/Qi Gong workshop.

Remember, everytime you pass this on you are helping to fulfill Shaolin Law No. 10. It always amazes me that sometimes the people I least expect to be interested are happy to be introduced to Sifu and his teaching.

I am still sending out and distributing leaflets. If you would like to be a part of this process just send me your address and I will let you have some. Remember, even if people exposed to it don't come to the workshop they might contact an instructor about other classes. The way I engage in this activity helps me to experience and reflect on the way I am manifesting the fruits of my chi kung/tai chi chuan practice.
