Chi Kung and Tai Chi Chuan week end in Paris

Dear Shaolin Family and Friends,

It gives me great pleasure to announce a great weekend of Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung and Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan in Paris, France. Sifu Maxime Citerne and I are very pleased to welcome, guest teacher, Sifu Emiko Hsuen, to lead our teaching trio through two very special courses in “the city of lights”!


Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung - "Live Your Ideal Life Now"
Saturday 13 December 2008
8am to 12pm, 3pm to 7pm (8 hours)

This comprehensive course will cover the fundamentals of Chi Kung with a selection of suitable patterns. Participants will learn about the very essence of Chi Kung and what makes our school and courses special: the chi flow. They will also learn how to define clear objectives, how to create a map, and how to arrive at these objectives through a simple and effective practice. Join us and discover how to live your ideal life right away!


Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan - "Stress-Free Interactions for Home and the Work place"
Sunday 14 December 2008
8am to 12pm, 2pm to 4pm, 5pm to 7pm (8 hours)
Graduation dinner: 8pm

This comprehensive course will cover the fundamental concepts of Tai Chi Chuan, and how to apply them in daily life. Participants will discover the wonders of "Grasping Sparrow's Tail" and its combat applications. They will learn how to flow through any interaction, including conflicts, with ease and grace.

This course is particularly significant for two reasons:
1) Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan will be introduced for the very first time in France; this style honors the Tai Chi Chuan that was most likely practiced by the first patriarch of Tai Chi Chuan Zhang San Feng.
2) the entire week end will be co-taught by three certified instructors from the Shaolin Wahnam Institute.


Both courses will be taught in English with French translation.

Dear Sifus Hubert and Maxime,

Thank you for your kind invitation to Paris to co-teach Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung and Wahnam Taijiquan. I am inspired by your efforts to share the authentic Shaolin arts to the people of France.

I am also thrilled to know that Sifu himself will be teaching in Paris in 2009.

My hope is that the 3 of us can combine forces in December for the course participants, such that they will be primed to receive the priceless teaching of Sifu in 2009.
