Good Day Good Friends here are some good inspiration words to feel good!

Lu Dongbin – lu Tung Pin – Lu Yen – Lu Yan

    Vitality

In people it is vitality the root of essence and life, the body of blood and flesh

    Energy

In human it is energy, physical movement, activity, speech, and perception, it is use of the body, the gateway of death and life.

    Spirit

In human it is spirit the spirit of light in the eyes, thought in the mind, it is wisdom and intelligence, innate knowledge and capacity, it is the government of vitality and energy, awareness and understanding, it is the basis of the physical shell, the foundation of the life span, they are to be taken care by purity and tranquillity, not agitating the vitality, not letting it leak so that at abides peacefully in its original home, true to reality as it is.

The mystery of mysteries: there is not way to explain the mystery of mysteries in words for it is even beyond thought. It is very subtle ungraspable extremely rarefied, from heaven up to the infinite heaven there are perfected people, most mysterious, by whom heaven is directed and earth controlled they understand people and things, the hidden and the obvious, to the furthest possible extent, they operate time whiteout any fixed track and are invisibly in charge of the accounting of the ages. Sages cannot recognize them as sages, spirits cannot recognize them as spirits, the mystery of mysteries is nonexistent, yet exists, it is empty, yet substantial, it is no more in sages not less in the ignorant. Heaven is within it, yet even heaven does not know it, earth receives its current, yet even earth does not recognize it. It penetrates the depths of all things, yet they go on unawares, its presence is not presence, its passing is not passing. How can this mystery of mysteries be imagined? If you penetrate the essence, it is mystery upon mystery.

People usually fear death but when they become seriously ill they long for a quick death to relive them of their misery, and when they are utterly exhausted in a perilous situation they want to die quickly to escape their suffering. When you look at life and deaths in reverse this way, you break right through the mental block

The Taoist Classics Volume 3 by Thomas Cleary page 86 to 119.

Good Friends what does the term sitting meditation mean? In this teaching there is no obstacle and no obstruction: when mind and thought are not aroused over any good or bad objects or situations in the external world, this is called sitting. When you see the immutability of your own essential nature inwardly, this is called meditation. Good friends see yourself the purity of original essential nature in every moment of thought, cultivating yourself, attaining buddahood yourself. I take refuge in the Buddha as the pure body of reality in my own physical body, I take refuge in the Buda as the fulfilled body of reward in my own physical body, and I take refuge in the Buda as thousands of hundreds of hundreds of millions of projected bodies in my own physical body. Bowing is originally to break the banner of pride: Why should ones head no reach the ground? When you have ego, faults then occur: forget your achievement, and blessing are peerless. If you rectify your mind, it will always produce wisdom. Observe your own mind, stop evil, and do good this is the opening the knowledge and vision of buddahood for yourself. If you want to know the essence of mind, just do not think about any good or bad at all. Then you will spontaneously gain access to the pure substance of mind, calm and always tranquil, whit subtle functions beyond number. Our minds inherently have Buddha in them; your own inner Buddha is the real Buddha.
The hymn goes, "Intrinsic nature as it really is-that's the real Buddha. False views and the three poisons are the chief demons. When there's delusion, demons are in the house; when there's accurate seeing, Buddha’s in the living room. When false views and three poisons occur in ones nature, there are demons chiefs coming to dwell in the house. Accurate seeing naturally clears the triply the triply poisoned mind; Demons turn to Buddha, real, nothing artificial. Reality body, reward body, and projection bodies the three embodiments are originally one body: If you can see them yourself within essential nature, this is the cause of realizing the enlightenment of the Buddha’s. Originally pure nature is born from the projection body; originally pure nature is always immanent in the projection body. Nature induces the projection body to go the right way to future complete fulfilment, reality without end. Debauched nature is at root the basis of pure nature; Eliminate debauchery, and this is the body of pure Let each in your own nature detaches from the five desires; the instant you see nature, this is reality. If you encounter the teaching of immediacy in this lifetime, and suddenly realize your own nature, you'll see the World Honoured One. If you want to cultivate practices seeking to become a Buddha, Who knows where you will try to seek reality? If you can see reality for yourself in the mind, having reality is the basis of attaining buddadhood. If you seek buddahood externally without seeing your own nature, whatever your intentions you're still an ignoramus. The teaching of immediacy has now been left to save the people of the world-but it must be practiced oneself. I announce to future students of the Way: If you do not see this, you are far, far away. Just know your own original mind and see your own original nature; there is neither motion nor stillness, neither birth nor death, neither going nor coming, neither yes nor no, neither staying nor going. And the venerable enlightened master Hui Neng last words where this verse: Unmoving, not cultivating goodness, Ebullient, not doing evil. Serene, detached from the senses, Clear, mind without fixation. ”I’m going"

The Sutra of Hui-Neng: Grand Master of Zen (Shambhala Dragon Editions)
    by Thomas Cleary

Thus the terms may vary slightly in meaning from one culture to the next, yet all carry the understandings of life force or spirit energy or the breath of life. Here are some examples: In China it is Qi in Japan it is ki. in India it is Prana and shakti, in parts of Africa it is ashe, to Hawaiians it is ha and mana, to native Americans it is Great Spirit, to Christians it is the Holy Spirit, to the ancient Egyptians it was ka, to the ancient Greeks it was pneuma, and in the west these days it is referred to by such terms as bio energy, bioelectricity, vital energy and vital force. Some different kinds of Qi:
Yuan qi or natal qi - qi were born with
Hou tian qi or postnatal qi - qi we absorb during our lifetime from food, water, air, qigong practise
Nei qi or internal qi - qi existing within the body
Wai qi or external qi - qi emitted from the body

In the book Beautiful Heart Beautiful Spirit by Master Qing Chuan Wang 18 patriarch of the Wudang qigong lineage and by Katherine Orr.

Sweet is solitude and peace of mind, sweet is to be free from fear and desire, hold fast to the truth as your refuge. Gautama Budda.

More inspiration words would come I belive when I read The Taoism Canon! But until then maybe you have some good inspiration words! Have a nice read time, hear you late, jejejiji !!!

    inspiration words!

    Good Day!

Well here I continuo, there is only The Taoist canon left!

At all events there is no Zen without satori, which is indeed the Alpha and Omega of Zen Buddhism. Zen devoid of satori is like a sun without its light and heat. Zen may lose all its literature , all its monasteries, and all its paraphernalia; but as long as there is satori in it it will survive to eternity.

If you wish to seek the Buddha, you ought to see into your own Nature (hsing); for this Nature is the Buddha himself. If you have not seen into your own Nature, what is the use of thinking of the Buddha, reciting the Sutras, observing a fast, or keeping the precepts? By thinking of the Buddha, your cause [i.e. meritorious deed] may bear fruit; by reciting the Sutras your intelligence may grow brighter; by keeping the precepts you may be born in the heavens, by practising charity you may be rewarded abundantly; but as to seeking the Buddha , you are far away from him. If your Self is not yet clearly comprehended, you ought to see a wise teacher and get a thorough understanding as to the root of birth-and-death. One who has not seen into one's own Nature is not to be called a wise teacher "When this [seeing into one's own Nature] is not attained, one cannot escape from the transmigration of birth-and-death.

The Buddha is your own Mind, make no mistake to bow [to external objects]. `Buddha' is a Western word, and in this country it means `enlightened nature'; and by `enlightened' is meant `spiritually enlightened'. It is one's own spiritual Nature in enlightenment that responds to the the external world, comes in contact with objects, raises the eyebrows, winks the eyelids, and moves the hands and legs. This Nature is the Mind, and the Mind is the Buddha, and the Buddha is the Way, and and the Way is Zen. This simple word, Zen, is beyond the comprehension both of the wise and the ignorant. To see directly into one's original Nature, this is Zen.

All the Buddhas in successive ages only talk of seeing into one's Nature. All things are impermanent; until you get an insight into your Nature, do not say `I have perfect knowledge'. Such is really committing a very grave crime.

"No direction, no instruction there is; we speak only of seeing into one's Nature and not of practising dhyana and seeking deliverance thereby.

One stroke has made me forget all my previous knowledge, No artificial discipline is at all needed; In every movement I uphold the ancient way, And never fall into the rut of mere quietism; Wherever I walk no traces are left, And my senses are not fettered by rules of conduct; Everywhere those who have attained to the truth, All declare this to be of the highest order.

The satori, after all, is not a thing to be gained through the understanding . But once the key is within one's grasp, everything seems to be laid bare before him the entire world assumes then a different aspect.

The satori cannot be a phantasm, empty and contentless, and lacking in real value, but the simplest possible experience perhaps because it is the very foundation of all experiences.

This matter [i.e. Zen] is like a great mass of fire; when you approach it your face is sure to be scorched. It is again like a sword about to be drawn; when it is once out of the scabbard, someone is sure to lose his life. But if you neither fling away the scabbard nor approach the fire, you are no better than a piece of rock or of wood. Coming to this pass, one has to be quite a resolute character full of spirit.

Satori comes upon one abruptly and is a momentary experience. In fact, if it is not abrupt and momentary , it is not satori.

According to the Sarvastivadins, in the course of a single day we experience 6,400,099,998 such births and deaths. But each birth and each death is illusory. For birth and death are devoid of anything real. Thus, Avalokiteshvara tells Shariputra that dharmas are neither born nor destroyed.

The Heart Sutra by Red pine

My teaching is a mind to mind transmission and does not rely on the written word> Bodhidharma. Like the Zen Masters after Bodhidharma, Dhyana Masters> Hui Yu, Hui Ko, Tsan, Hui, Sheng, Na, Tuan, Chang, Chen, Yu all them spoke of the dark principle but did not produce written records they just teach mind to mind transmission !

The Bodhidharma Anthology: The Earliest Records of Zen (Philip E. Lilienthal Book) -- by Bodhidharma, Jeffrey L. Broughton

The first declaration made by Hui-neng regarding his Zen experience was that "From the first not a thing is", and then he went on to the "Seeing into one's self-nature", which self- nature, being "not a thing", is nothingness. Therefore, "seeing into one's self-nature" is "seeing into nothingness", which is the proclamation of Shen-hui.

The Master (Shen-hui) asked Teng, "What exercise do you recommend in order to see into one's self-nature?" Teng answered: "First of all it is necessary to practise meditation by quietly sitting cross-legged. When this exercise is fully mastered, Prajna (intuitive knowledge) grows out of it, and by virtue of this Prajna the seeing into one's self-nature is attained.

Chung-i Hung-en, a disciple of Ma-tsu, was once asked by Yang-shan: "How can one see into one's self-nature?" Chung-i said: "It is like a cage with six windows, and there is in it a monkey. When someone calls at the east window, `O monkey, O monkeyl' he answers. At the other windows the same response is obtained." Yang-shan thanked him for the instruction, and said: "Your instructive simile is quite intelligible , but there is one thing is quite intelligible , but there is one thing on which I wish to be enlightened. If the inside monkey is asleep, tired out, what happens when the outside one comes to interview it?" Chung-i got down from his straw seat and taking Yang-shan's arm began to dance, saying : "O monkey, O monkey, my interview with my interview with you is finished.

      Good Day!

To one Wu Pu who studied under him Hua To gave the following advice: The human body requires toil and exertion, only it must not be carried to excess. It is exercise that enable food to be properly digested, makes the blood circulate through the veins, and prevents the onset of disease, just as the hinge of a door, being constantly in motion, will never get rusty. It is on this account that the hsien(Immortal) of old practiced all sorts of gymnastics- swinging about like a bear, turning their heads round like an owl, stretching their bodies and exercising their joints- in their efforts to check the advance of old age. One of the secrets of my art is called the Five Animal Antics based on the natural movements of a tiger, a deer, a bear, an ape and a bird. For banishing disease and at the same time strengthening the legs and feet, physical exercises are essential. If your body is not in good condition, get up and do one of these animal gymnastics: it will cause a pleasant perspiration. Then dust yourself whit power, and you will experience a sensation of lightness and well being, and have an appetite for food. Pu put these precepts into practiced, and at age of over ninety his sight was clear, his hearing keen, and his teeth perfectly sound.

        Hello!

I write my last inspiration words of course you can continue if you want!

There are words that are to much deeps and what have people said about this words well they have said this:

Lord Jesus Christ spoked and the people ponder his words and pray for understanding... He heals and...He prays for the people, using language that cannot be written....Angels minister to and fire encircles their little ones....and behold he prayed unto the Father, and the things which he prayed cannot be written, and the multitude did bear record who heard him....Jesus prays using words that cannot be written...it came to pass that he went again a little way off and prayed unto the Father; 32 And tongue cannot speak the words which he prayed, neither can be written by man the words which he prayed. 33 And the multitude did hear and do bear record; and their hearts ...velous were the words which he prayed that they cannot be written, neither can they be uttered by man. 35 And it came to pass that when Jesus had made an end ...Jesus expounds all things from the beginning to the end-Babes and children utter marvelous things that cannot be written-Those in the Church of Christ have all things in common among them...Behold, I am but a man, and I have but the strength of a man, and I cannot any longer enforce my commands. i9 And they have become ... everything ; yea, tongue cannot tell, neither can it be written. 20 And now, my son, I dwell no longer upon this horrible scene...

        thanks bye!

Truth is the end of the search.Truth is knowledge of things as they are, and as they were and as they are to come and truth has no end. It is ever so, it have ever been so and will ever be so, that in a world of intelligent beings, possesing free agency, some will accept and some will reject truth.

                      inspiration words!

Nature is inexhaustible and man shall not in all the endless ages explore it completely, he shall only in the eternal days of increasing control become more anscious of its infinite majesty- thereby comes the everlasting joy of man, man knows that all his search shall be successful if he only search whit might and main and have patience to wait.
The spirit shines through the body only as the body permits, the body is essentially of the earth and in the earth career, the earthly envelope of the spirit would naturally determine the expression of mans powers, if the body is in poor condition from birth man must strengthen it as the days increase, if it is strong from the beginning, he must make it stronger.

The spirit shines through the body only as the body permits. The body is essentially of the earth career, the earthly envelope of the spirit Alcohol in all its form, tobacco, tea, coffee and the variety of stimulating or nerve soothing habit-begetting drugs should not be used, there is a double dangerous of stimulants: first they undermine the strength of the man and second they take away his Mastery of himself, under the influence of a drug, man is urged on by the drug itself, and not by his own strength or will, this is the most dangerous, a man who lose control of himself never knows just what he may do

Without sharp senses man may not attain to the highest earthly joy. All new information must be compare whit other information so that conclusions may be draw and new knowledge brought into view. Man must train himself, whit all his might to use this wonderful faculty of reason, so that he may intelligently read new knowledge from all he learns. A fact of it self is lifeless, only when it is compare whit other facts does it leap into life and show forth its hidden meaning.

Let fatherhood and motherhood be the most honoured of all the professions on earth!

It is only when man so wills that he hears fully the voice of god, and it is only when man so wills that he hears the message of the devil. The doctrine that a request must initiate the gift is as true in the relationship that may be established between man and the devil as between man and God. In reality therefore man does not need to fear the evil one. The devil is not a force that can work harm unless man places himself under the subjection of evil, but if the devil be allowed a hearing, he may become the Master of the man and lead him downward on the road of retrogression.
Every rational impulse resents the thought that a man must know sin so that he may know righteousness better.
Great work can be done by those who have faith and who put that faith into action.
The man who is active in carrying out what he knows is truth is an obedient man. Obedience to truth means progress, refusal to use truth means retrogression.

Every person affects every other person.

No man is sure of himself, unless from day to day he can keep the germ of opposition from settling within his breast.

Our earth efforts are of great consequence. Neither forward nor backward must we look except to place ourselves properly in our day, but we must use in full degree the possibilities of each day as it comes. Mans inequality comes chieftly from the inequality of earth effort. And the inequality of man comes largely from inequality of body, through which the eternal spirit tries in vain to speak.

If man use his powers, whit all his might for his own and others good, in the cause of universal progress, he is the equal of every other man or like effort, no more can be asked of a man. It is well that humanity dwelling together should keep this principle in mind. Men must not judged wholly by their attainments or by theirs gifts, but largely by the degree to which they give themselves to the great cause represented by the plan of the major intelligent being for the minor intelligent beings of the universe.

The strong must assist those who are weak, and as the strong move onward, they must pull whit those who are weak. If a person posses knowledge, he must give knowledge to others so that all may attain knowledge, if he hade great faith, he must use faith until all may know its virtue if he have acquired much wealth, he must use it so many may share in its benefits, those who have must give to those who have not. The weak must seek strength for themselves and should invite the assistance of the strong.

Every act of every mans life must relate itself to the good of the other men. Whatever ids nesesary may and should be made honourable and dignified.

No matter what work man may give himself provide it is honourable and if he do it whit all his might, he may rest secure that on the last great day the work will be transmuted into spiritual values, and as such will be written into the eternal record, the quality and not the kind of work is the final test of mans achievements.
The greatest day of all time is Today. It is the product of all the past and is the promise of all the future, if each Today is made great, the tomorrows will be surpassingly greater, the one way to draw out of life the keen joys of life is to think, little of tomorrow but to live nightly today. What tomorrow shall be depends measurably upon of today, as we spend today so will the hope of tomorrow be.

There is a formula that has been used by the righteous of all ages. That formula Jesus of Nazareth, the Christ stated the formula in words that never have been surpassed, thus runs the formula and thus is worded the law of the earth:
Thou shall love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and whit all thy soul and whit all your mind, thou shall love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hand all the law and the prophets.

Certainly a love of the heart and soul and mind cannot be given to a being who is not know nor understood, such love is more than a blind obedience. in such love there must be a rational understanding of Gods nature and of his place in the universe and of his relation to men.
The fundamental conception of a universe filled whit eternal matter and forces and a host of individual intelligent beings can the interests of each be served, in the work of subjugating by intelligent conquest, the forces of universal nature, to love ones neighbour then a man must first know fully his own origin and destiny and possible powers, then he may soon learn the need for himself shall grow great, this commandments is not inferior to the first.
