Bon Jovi perfomance here in portugal last month was magical, specially the song always, it completely opens our heart. The singer was realy sending much love to someone special.
It is based on a very ancient chinese poetry by Li Qingzhao (李清照) - The text is a bit sad (See the more section in youtube).
But the melody is soo beautiful .
I couldn't withstand posting this one, its my absolute all time favorit...
I don't know, I love the music and this succsession of people passing through the song like in a wiered dream. It seems to me that the ones living in Desolation Row are after all nearer to reality and the ones outside just don't understand... I just love all this people strolling around this imaginary street.
It might seem strange but listening to it makes me smile from the heart....
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- He who knows much about others may be learned, but he who understands himself is more intelligent. He who controls others may be powerful, but he who has mastered himself is mightier still.
I believe there are many pieces of music that make me smile from the heart. Right now I'd like to share these ones:
kLuTz (Greg Pak) - Town Life in Piano (For those of you who played Chrono Trigger in SNES --or in a SNES emulator --, this is a beautiful piano arrangement of "Peaceful Days", i.e. Crono's town theme during 1000 A.D.)
kLuTz (Greg Pak) - 600 A.D. in Piano (This one may sound somewhat sad... but it isn't . Piano arrangement from "Wind Scene" --still Chrono Trigger game .)
This song always makes me have a smile big enough it makes me look dumb I'm sure It also makes me want to train for some reason
If I think about it more I can think of many many songs that do this, but this is the first one that came to mind.
Also, the weird thing is that the more I do Chi Kung, I've noticed I start to like different music. I kind of liked classical before I started training and now I love it. It puts me in such a peaceful state of mind, much like Chi Kung, but not to that level.
