I would just like to point out that in Sifu Tim's interview with Sigung that appears in the Shaolin Wahnam newsletter, Sigung said the following about those attending the advanced chi kung course (emphasis mine):

The most important factor is the students; the participants themselves, many of them are Masters in their own right.
While certainly a humble and gracious comment, I don't think Sigung would make such a comment lightly. So congratulations again with special mention of the Masters in our school who continue in Sigung's footsteps by progressing and refining their art while fulfilling their various other responsibilities!
I have just returned back to the UK from travelling after the Advanced Chi Kung course.
I would like to add my wonderment and sincere gratitude for the high level of teachings and 'once in a life time' value offered at this course. It was an absolute privilege to be allowed to attend after just a comparatively small time training.
The time spent after the course has let me make a connection between an spiritual experience i had on the course and my every day training, that I would like to share.
During the exercise called 'Spiritual Big Universe' my mind had a huge desire to leave my body and push into the beyond, to escape the burdens of all blockages, all problems and pain.
But something turned my perception round to, instead of looking outside myself, look deep inside. Something like the phrase 'why only go to heaven for a little bit only to come back when you can have heaven on earth all the time with Shaolin Chi Kung.'
A few weeks after the course and practising small universe every day I had to travel back to the UK on a travel plan that meant i was travelling for 3 days. In all the bus stations and Airports I practised small universe. After 2 days with no sleep and travelling i was beginning to feel the strain.
That day I practised small universe and felt an overflow at my huiyin and bi hui points much smoother and stronger than the previous days. It had the effect of wiping all the tiredness and strain from my mind and body. I then felt very peaceful and happy, but stunned at the thought of what Small Universe can do for life.
The experience was a huge prove to me of the power of Chi Kung to change earth into heaven by harmonising the energy flow. I still dont understand it but I have never felt such a strong feeling of everything being washed away and returned back to a normal happy state, it has changed my training. I know my brothers and sisters on the course will know the feeling.
My thanks to my Shaoin family on the course it was great to meet everyone.
Thank you so much Sigung on such a successful course.
Love and thanks,
Innes Maran

a strong feeling of everything being washed away and returned back to a normal happy state
Its hard to describe, but its just a completely perfect feeling.
For me this trip to Malaysia was as Anthony S mentioned as if I just discovered Chi Kung again. Now I know why masters in the past referred to Small Universe as "the" Chi Kung. I can't thank Sifu enough for being so generous and teaching us this course. I truly feel blessed for being able to come to Malaysia this time.
How can you tell some that if you practice a Chi Kung exercise called Small Universe, you'll absolutely perfect without being looked at as if you are crazy? But its great to being able to share it here where others feel the same .
Thanks Andrew, Anthony, Mike and anyone else who helped fixing the forum so that we can share our thoughts with each other.
Hey Roland, Innes and Peter it was nice meeting you guys and hanging out together. Keep in touch.
hello everybody ,
I am not very familiar with the Forum as I am generally happy with my practice and not so interested in discussions , but , this time I would like to say something about the advanced Chi Kung Course we just had in Malaysia one week ago . The realization of the Small and Big Universe is what I have always been looking for ; the perfect Chi Kung exercise , the ultimate tecnique towards the realms of pure awareness ....It's really a peaceful and reassuring sensation like coming back to our most natural state , or , using Sifu's words : " when you are ready , you can see your original face " . I don't want to say more because , really , I always feel words a bit unappropriate .ciao ciao
Attilio
Thanks Si Hing for your post and for tell us Sifu's words, just like you had been do in your other post:
Haven't been on the forum lately as I've been insanely busy at work, paying the price for 3 weeks off in Malaysia. I want to give an inexcusably late public thank you to Sigung for the small universe course and the special kung fu course as well. To receive any genuine chi kung instruction from a master is a tremendous blessing, but to receive the best of the best as we did is amazing.
It was a pleasure to meet so many members of the Wahnam family and I look forward to doing it again. (Whenever I can do enough work for my employers to let me go again!)
