BE 'ENERGISED' THROUGH THE WINTER
One day Chi-Kung course in Brighton 29th of November

This course will teach you the vital skills necessary to practice high level Chi Kung. Without these skills, Chi Kung is no more effective than gentle exercise.

You do not need to have any prior knowledge or experience of Chi Kung to benefit from this course. Please Note-Numbers are strictly limited

The course will be held at the Acupuncture clinic in Hove, East Sussex, quite near to Hove train station, and will run from 1.15pm-6.15pm with an hour long break in the middle. The course will cover:

Entering into a Chi-Kung state of mind
Flowing Breeze Swaying willows/Chi Flow
Standing meditation.
Participants will learn some excellent Chi-Kung patterns to achieve these results.The cost is £95 per participant; please inquire regarding discounts for repeat students.
