  • London - Secrets of Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung

    Hello everyone,

It gives me the greatest of pleasure to announce that a 1 day Introduction to Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung will take place on Saturday 20th October 2007 in central London.

I will teach you the 3 most important skills of Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung:
    • Total Relaxation - learn how to attain a "chi kung state of mind". This essential feature will allow you to get more benefits from your practice. Without it your results will be minimal.
    • Flowing Breeze, Swaying Willows - learn this once closely guarded "secret" of chi kung and discover how it can increase your energy, cleanse blockages and improve your performance at everything you do.
    • Standing Meditation - a chance to experience spiritual joy and realise that there really is more to life than this.

And so much more. Plus special bonus's for the first 10 people to register.

You can find full details by clicking here. Places are limited so if you wish to reserve your place please do so quickly and if you have any questions whatsoever, please e-mail me.

I look forward to working with you.

    Kind regards
    Marcus

      Whoops!

I just remembered that I hadn't posted the venue details for this event here they are:

      Studio 3
      The Factory and Tango London
      407 Hornsey Road
      London N19 4DX
      Tel: 020 7272 1122

You can find their website here.

The venue is 10-15 mins walk from Archway Tube (Northern Line) and 15-20 mins from Finsbury Park (Victoria/Picadilly Lines)

You can find a map here. But there is a better one on the venues website.

There is a big sign on the road which says The Factory, it's hard to miss. There's a courtyard which faces on to a post office sorting place, and the Factory is on the right, (there's a neon sign on the wall).

If you don't want to walk the no 210 bus runs from Finsbury Park Station (every 6-10 minutes) you can find the timetable here and the 91 runs from Euston and Kings Cross stations.

There are still a few places available so please register as quickly as possible if you wish to attend. You can contact me here. We start at 10:00 sharp!

A big thank you to Fleur for her generous help with this event. I look forward to sharing this incredible Art with all of you attending this Saturday.

      Kind regards
      Marcus
