this generosity amazes me. I wish I could go but I live in th U.S. to know you are openly willing to share something priceless with those who are curious for no charge is astounding. This is a family I want to be apart of. I've already benefited so much and I want to thank those who made it possible for outsiders to learn kung fu. Thank You.

      Hello everyone,

Sonwukong, thank you for your kind words they are very much appreciated. Sifu will be in the USA very soon, you should check out his itinerary, if you go to www.shaolin.org you'll find it easily enough near the top.

I will be coming to London on Saturday 8th September to post flyers of this event through as many letter boxes as I can manage in one day. I would be so very grateful to anyone who would like to help out with this project.

If you live in London and would like to help with the distribution of flyers for this event. Please e-mail me and I'll give you the details of where I plan to meet up and at what time this Saturday.

      Follow your dreams

I just wanted to write and say a big thank you to all those who turned up on Saturday to help me post flyer's around London for this event. I was especially touched to see that one student's (Muun) mother had come along to help out. Awesome. We split into 3 groups and got to work.

Between us we managed to deliver 1850 flyers in 5 hours. It was hard work, but not without it's funny moments. Like the woman in her basement flat who shouted out "I don't want it!" after I'd already put it through her mailbox. I said it was too late as I'd already posted it, but if she wanted I'd take it back. She came to the door, clearly angry, then looked down at the flyer. Her whole tone and body language changed as she inquired about what the flyer was about. I don't know what she was expecting, but I'm glad she was pleasantly surprised in the end

Martin's kids were a great help and kept my heart light as the sweat started to pour down my back

Great day, great work, great people.

          Thank you.

          Kindest regards

            Dear Sifu,

Thank you for visiting us and for a great day. I too was very touched when I found out later that the lady I did not recognise was actually Muun's mum coming along to help. Fantastic family atmosphere.

The weather on the day was perfect, the streets we did was really nice and I met some really nice people while doing the flyers too. Some memorable moments for me were when I was approaching some quite basement flats then just a few feets away from the metal grid door that separates me from the main front door......a huge dogs leaps onto the metal grid door barking its head off. I looked at the dog and smiled from the heart (knowing I had the safety of the metal door between us) but it couldn't care less and continued barking .

            Thank you Sifu

Sounds like a fun day had by all.

              Martin,

Your kids are adorable! Look at that ferocious Single Tiger! Remind me not to mess with that guy. That photo gave me a big smile this morning.

I hope you guys get a great response from the flyer's.

Regards to my brethren across the pond,

              -Adam

Thank you Adam Sihing for your very kind words.

That photo gave me a big smile this morning.
I must admit between him, his sister and their mum they do this to me every day, several times a day.

                Warm regards

                  Hello everyone,

As Thursday 20th gets ever closer I realised that I could really use an extra 1 or 2 students who could give a brief 1 or 2 minute talk about how their practice of Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung has helped them. Claire and Fleur have already agreed to speak, big thank you to you by the way. Anyone else like to volunteer? If you can help out please send me a PM to confirm.

                  The more the merrier!

                  Kind regards

                    Marcus,

I can't make it unfortunately as I have to look after the kids. However, I noticed a few leaflets around the psychiatric hospital where I work. A few of the other therapists have been interested when I have talked about chi kung and a couple of them say they are going to attend.

                    Best of luck,

I'm reviewing my notes for the presentation as I write this. Looking forward to it immensely. Just hope they've got a flip chart

                        Of course they have, Siheng:

complete with a selection of coloured pens 'on standby' in case you need them!

I'm really looking forward to this evening, it will be great to see lots of friends and family there
