Change Your Thoughts -- Change Your Life, Living the Wisdom of the Tao
by Wayne Dyer.
I loved this book. It just came out and I saw a public television 3 1/2 hour show by Wayne Dyer about how he spent a year in in-depth study of the Tao Te Ching. Before writing this book, he spent 4 days on each of the 81 verses, meditating on it, contemplating on it, and even in a personal relationship with an image of Lao Tsu asking him to reveal the depth of the Tao Te Ching to him.
To me his genuine and humble pursuit of wisdom is admirable.
The book itself is a series of chapters, each one containing a verse of the Tao Te Ching and then a few pages of Wayne Dyers commentary on what it means to him.
I loved it! You can check out a copy at any Barnes and Noble, and I actually saw them at Stop and Shop. Flip through it, see if it pops out at you =)
All the best,
