Good Day I read yesterday this book:
Chinese medical Qigong therapy: A comprehensive clinical guide by Jerry Alan Johnson!
And I don't recommend it, so if you had plans to buy it, my advice is to don't do it! Is so much information but nothing real special, almost everything I read there I have read in this forum! And the books are so expensive!:
Good Day! I found this good is so spensive and not good, it have so many words, of I belive all about Chinese Culture, but not in depp( like religious etc), it would have better to concentrate in Chinese medical Qigong therapy only! ( to much stuff for what!) Is better I belive is you buy this book:
Any way you can do like me go to the library and find Jerry Alan Johnson ( if posible) and browse (leaf) through, turn the pages! If you dont find that book in the library to turn the pages try this:
But like I say will you buy a one I recommend that one by Suzanne Friedman!
Of course I belive if you want some one that have amazing stuff ( like secrets stuff), then it would be the ones in Chinese that Sifu recommend it in his book The Art of Chi Kung!
