Sifu recommend in his book The Complete Book of Chinese Medicine, a book call:

Introduction to a Study of practical acupuncture by Yang De An.

Sifu said also in The Complete Book of Chinese Medicine:
That the first Old Classic that was specialized on acupuncture, was: Fundamentals of Acupuncture by Wang Po Yi

But I don't found these 2 books, on the internet

Without a doubt, the most practical books I have on Acupuncture are written by Dr Richard Tan. 12 and 12 and 24 more are the names.

Also Dr Wei Chieh Young has written an excellent book on Tungs Acupuncture.

In The book: The Root of Chinese Qigong: Secrets of Health, Longevity, & Enlightenment by Yang Jwing-Ming. I read that when they found the oracle bones( Chia Gu(Ku)Wen) :http://www.answers.com/topic/oracle-bone

There is a book of needle moxa written by Huang Pu Mi 215-286ce. It listed 349 acupuncture points. the book is call: Zhen Jiu Jia Yi Jing

Yang Ji-zhou's Zhen Jiu Da Cheng, published in 1601, reported 667 of the known 670 acupoints. The Zhen Jiu Da Cheng and Li Shi-zhen's Ben Cao Gang Mu,(some say) are the most comprehensive volumes of Chinese Medicine, they were not from individual or personal theories, but from the medical community.

Master Yang Jwing-Ming also said in the book, that Modern Books about the Eight Vessels ( Ba Mai) are tentative and in disagreement whit each other! And old Chinese Texts are very few, that there is only one book call: Gi Jing Ba Mai Kao ( Deep Study of the Extraordinary Eight Vessels by Li Shi-Zhen ( 1518-1593) that explain deeply! But even then nowdays people dont know much about the Eight Vessels they know litle about only the 2 Vessels known as: Governing Vessel and Conception Vessel! But I belive Immortal Wang Liping and many other Masters known buy experience, and mouth teachings, Celestial Immortal Wang Liping know even Channels of Acpuncture that are from side to side!
