Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung Course

Shaolin Kungfu Course - Part A "Core Shaolin training in 2 Components"
This course is designed for participants ranging from complete beginners and intermediate practitioners. Eveything from how to do proper stances, enter chi flow, develop internal force, use combat applications and compose sets will be covered. This is part A, which is the 1st half of a 14-wk series, and promises to be a fun-filled, yet practical class.

Shaolin Kungfu Course Intermediate Core Training Part A1 – Levels 1 to 5
Level 5 course content:
Form: Application Set 3 -- Happy Bird Hops up Branch.
Application: Combat sequences with kicking attacks.
Force: Breath Co-ordination., Sinew Metamorphosis Part 1.
Philosophy: Use of Tactics.
Tactics -- Feign weakness, Pressing attack, Breaking opponent's momentum.

*This is a more advanced course where participants work in-depth to improve not just their techniques but also their skills. Part A1 comprises the first segment of the "Level 5–24-wk." training programme. Participants between Levels 1 and 4 are also welcome attend; they will be taught according to their appropriate level.

Northern Shaolin Kungfu Course - Part A "Practical and Poetic Applications"
This course is open to complete beginners and those who have already attended Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit's May 2007 Shaolin Kungfu course. The 12 solo sequences, 12 combat sequences, and exploration of various combat applications will be taught in-depth. Come and experience the poetic beauty of Northern Shaolin Kungfu!

Shaolin Kungfu Course "Shaolin Staff" Level 7 - Part 1
This is a 4-part series, of which Part 1 will be taught over June and July. Parts 2, 3, and 4 will be taught from September through December. Prerequisite: All participants must have completed Level 6 of the core Shaolin Wahnam syllabus.
