Objectives:
To be able to relax, to enter into a Chi Kung State of mind, to tap energy from the Cosmos and to generate an internal energy flow. My personal objective is to make certain that every person attending is confident that they know what to practice and how to practice it on their own.
Content:
- Learn the difference between Masters and Students – discover the tools that can help you to get better results in less time.
- Focus on what you want from your practice and why you want it – When you know what you want from your practice and you know why you really, really, REALLY want it, you are in a much stronger position to succeed.
- The 7 Steps to the Perfect Shaolin Chi Kung Practice – by practicing these 7 steps many times during the seminar you will find it easy to continue your practice when you get home. Confident that what you are doing is correct and will bring the results you want to achieve.
- 3 Patterns from the 18 Lohan Hands – The 3 patterns worked on during this introduction will be chosen to respond to the aims and objectives of the people attending the course e.g. Depression, Stress, Mental Clarity, Cleansing, High blood pressure, Internal Force for Martial Arts, Spiritual Cultivation etc.
- Do’s and don’ts for your home practice – These guidelines will give you further confidence in your ability to practice at home and gain the benefits of High Level Chi Kung.
Expected Results (during the course itself)
Feel relaxed and refreshed, experience some chi effects, like warmth over the body, tingling sensations at the fingers or other parts of the body, be able to Generate an Internal Energy Flow and be confident that you can practice effectively and safely on your own at home.

This introduction is 5 hours long, 2 ½ hours in the morning and 2 ½ hours in the afternoon with an hour for lunch (there is a wonderful Veggie Cafe downstairs serving wholesome food
). In the morning session we cover the skills necessary to get the most from your practice by getting clear on what you want to achieve and why you want to achieve it. We cover the 7 steps involved in a Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung practice session and learn 1 of the 3 patterns from the 18 Lohan Hands. After lunch we focus on the 2 remaining patterns and making certain that you are confident you know everything you need to, to continue your practice at home on your own.The class size is limited to a maximum of 20 students to make sure that I can pass on the skills to every student. You do not need to have any prior knowledge or experience of Chi Kung in order to attend this introduction. It is aimed primarily at those who are new to Chi Kung and those who want to review their Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung practice. Make sure you dress comfortably and that you wear flat soled shoes.
The introduction is designed to help you to take back the responsibility for your health and well being. It is not designed for you to teach others. So if you know of someone who could benefit from this course, please share the information on this page with them.
