Relax, Stretch, and Meditate.
This hour long class is a gentle introduction to the yin yang harmony philosophy through gentle body movement to help improve over all health and fitness.
Great for young and old.

Review Class for Kung Fu Ages 14 +
7:30pm to 8pm
Introduction to Kung Fu
Simple, direct, and effective, Self Defense techniques.
Train to Avoid Force, Intercept, and React appropriately to simple aggressive situations.
A fun, safe and enjoyable class.
8pm to 9pm
Specialized Techniques Class
Learn the art of Chin Na.
The Art of Seizing and Control.
Highly effective techniques that allow the practitioner to have complete control of anyone through joint lock manipulation.
Size no longer matters.

This class is for Students that have become members to the Kwoon (school)
Learn the Secret Healing arts of Chi Kung, Develop Internal Force through Stance Training. Improve yourself through Tai Chi, Yin/Yang Philosophy.

Students learn the deeper aspects of Tai Chi Chuan.
Learn how to use Tai Chi Chuan Techniques in Combat. Develop Sensitivity, Awareness, and Skills for Everyday life with Individual and Partner training.

Tai Chi Chuan Set Practice Class
24 Yang Set Training. This class is for students to work on the Tai Chi Chuan Set. Develop better form, flow, and Synchronization.
