Sifu will be honouring Switzerland with 2 days of Shaolin Chi Kung and 3 days of Shaolin Kung Fu teaching in Zurich.

Chi Kung Courses:
18 Lohan Hands Part 1
The first eight of the eighteen exercises of the Lohan Hands are practiced in this course. They are excellent exercises for overcoming pain and illness, and to promove health and vitality.
18 Lohan Hands Part 2
This is the advanced stage of the Eighteen Lohan Hands, the amazing set of chi kung exercises the First Parriarch of Shaolin bequeated to us. The exercises can be used to overcome pain and illness, increase vitality, promote longevity, attain mental clariity as well as for spiritual cultivation.
Dan Tian Breathing
Dan Tian Breathing is an advanced Chi Kung exercise. It is specially used to expand the mind and cultivate the spirit, while it can also be used to overcome pain and illness and enhance vitality and longevity. In the course you may vibrate with the Cosmos, and experience tremendous peace and joy.
Kung Fu Course:
This course is mainly meant for Shaolin Wahnam members of any level to refine their skills and understanding of Shaolin Kung Fu learned from regional instructors. Those with Kung Fu experience (including Taijiquan) from other masters or schools may also apply. Grandmaster Wong will share with course participants secrets that many other masters have kept only for their special students. The focus of the course will be on internal force development and combat application as well as applying Kung Fu principles to enrich daily life. Participants will experience internal force and be able to spar using Kung Fu techniques by the end of the course.
