History of martial arts

Good Day to every one! I hope some day I can read a book that explain the history and phylosofy of all the martial arts of the world! Do some one know a good book of this ! in Inglish? Because Respectable Sifu told in his book The Art Of Shaolin Kung fu that it was only 1 books as longer i can remenber that the namne was the history of chinese martial art but it was on chinese and I cant chinese so I now find a book that the namne is :The SPRING and AUTUMN of Chinese Martial Arts: 5000 Years by Kang Gewu, Professor, Chinese Wushu Research Institute the book you can buy it on http://www.plumflower.com/frames8.htm
Now i wonder if some one have been read it so Maybe hi can say if hi thing the book is ok!? Do any one know others or some book that explain the history or and the philosofy of chinese or the world martial arts? Thanks!

I have read this book and Its not a good book and its said things that contradict Sifus Wong Kiew Kit words and I found that its not necessary to my enlightenment development!

Its enough for me still whit The books of Wong Kiew Kit: The Complete book of Shaolin and The Art of Chi Kung

I don't need any more books for my enlightenment development!
