Shaolin Greetings to one and all,

I am very pleased to announce that 12 week courses on Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung will continue in London for the coming months. The following are the details.

KENTISH TOWN, LONDON.

Date/Time: Saturday 4th June from 10am-12midday.

Venue: Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Our Lady’s Hall, Kentish town, London (a few minutes from Kentish town tube station)

Fee: £175.00 (can be paid online on www.shaolinwahnamireland.com under -London Kentish town- 12 week courses- with Sifu Joan or on day of course.

Course description: Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung (Eight Brocades). Students will learn how to generate an energy flow through form, breathing and mind focus. They will also experience the once secretive ‘induced chi flow’. Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung is one of the oldest of the Chinese Arts and is practised for health, vitality, mental focus and longevity.

EALING:

Date/Time: Saturday 4th June from 2pm-4pm.

Venue: St. Andrew’s Church Centre, Johnston hall, Mount Park road, Ealing, London W5 2RS. Nearest tube station is Ealing Broadway about five minutes walk.

Fee: £175.00 (can be paid online on www.shaolinwahnamireland.com under -London Ealing- 12 week courses- with Sifu Joan.

Directions to venue: From Ealing Broadway tube station, turn right at the main exit and follow road straight for 200 yds (Haven Green will be on your left). You will come to a small roundabout, with pedestrian crossings, to the left and right, Mount Park road is the road directly in front of the left-hand crossing and St. Andrew’s Church Centre is about 100 yds on the right.
Also easily accessible from major roads, A406 (North circular road), A40, Westway and Uxbridge road.

Students who have already taken Shaolin Chi Kung courses, either from Sifu or Shaolin Wahnam instructors, are more than welcome to join the 'beginners' from 2pm-4pm.

The Ealing hall will continue to be available for Shaolin Kungfu and Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan practice for the immediate future from 4pm-5.30pm. Please note: 18th June may not be available -update later.
