Warrior Project 2005

Dear all,

This is to let everyone know that the Warrior Project will be recommencing in 2005 and that the first two dates and locations have already been set.

The Warrior Project is open to those who are practicing either Shaolin Kungfu or Wahnam Taijiquan and who have reached at least Level 2 in their respective curriculums within Shaolin Wahnam. The courses are aimed at those who either wish to increase their Combat Efficiency or are thinking of making a career in tournament competitions. Participants will learn how to apply Shaolin Kungfu against other arts (Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Grappling, etc) and can also find out about Sanda competitions

The training is typically taught over a weekend, last 8-10 hours and will be held at various locations within Europe. Each weekend will be taught by Sifu Kai and will allow everyone to benefit from his wealth of experience in these chosen fields.

Each weekend will cost 120 Euros and advanced booking is neccessary.

1st weekend will be held in Edinburgh, on Sat 5th & Sun 6th February.
2nd weekend will be held in Frankfurt, on Sat 2nd & Sun 3rd April.

Amendment

This is to inform everyone of an ommission in the previous post (which has now been corrected).

The Warrior Project is open to both Shaolin Kungfu and Wahnam Taijiquan, at all levels ranging from Level 2 students to Regional Instructors.

If a student has not yet reached Level 2 but demonstrates the neccessary skill in Timing and Spacing and their Sifu feels that they are ready, then the student can still participate in the courses.

4th Warrior Project

Rather than start a new thread, I would like to use this one to announce the fourth warrior project training weekend for 2005.

It will be held during the weekend of 5th and 6th November 2005 in Switzerland. The venue will either Zurich or Winterthur (15 minutes from Zurich by train or car) and will be confirmed at a later date.

For those coming from further away and wishing to arrange flights early to get cheaper fares, the nearest airport to fly into is Zurich (airport code ZRH).

The cost will be 120 Euros and prior booking is required.
