I am delighted to announce that Sifu Wong Kiew Kit will conduct courses on Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan and Shaolin Chi Kung in September in Ireland.
The following are the details:
Date: Wednesday 1st September 2004
Venue: The Mount Errigal Hotel, Letterkenny, Co Donegal.
Course: Generating Internal Energy Flow 2pm-5pm and 7pm-10pm

Nearest airports are: Donegal regional airport and Derry airport both are 40 minutes drive from Letterkenny.
Date: Friday 3rd September 2004
Venue: St. Mary's College, Rathmines, Dublin
Course: Fundamentals of Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan 2pm-5pm and 7pm-10pm
Please note that bookings for Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan must be made before August 20th to ensure that the course will go ahead.
Saturday 4th September 2004: Rathmines Dublin.
Generating Internal Energy Flow: 9am-12md and 2pm-5pm.
Dan Tian Breathing 7pm-9pm Part 1
Sunday 5th September 2004:
Dan Tian Breathing 9am-12 md Part 2
Sinew Metamorphosis 2pm-5pm and 7pm-9pm.
