The Wahnam Weekend in Ireland- June 18th-20th 2004.
Shaolin Chi Kung review practice on the Friday evening and Introduction to Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan on Saturday and Sunday. Details as follows:
Friday June 18th.
Tour of Killarney and Shaolin Chi Kung practice in various scenic locations. (weather permitting)
The tour will commence @ 2pm at Collis Sandes house, Tralee and students will be taken by bus to Killarney, where we will visit The Gap of Dunloe, Ross Castle, World famous Muckross Gardens and The beautiful Lake Hotel. www.lakehotel.com Shaolin Chi Kung practice will take place in these locations led by Irish instructor Joan Browne.
Dinner in Tralee @ 8.30pm.
Saturday June 19th.
9am/ 5pm Introduction to Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan for beginners Part 1 conducted by Sifu Jeffrey Segal
Dinner 8.30pm.
Sunday June 20th
9am /5pm Introduction to Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan for beginners Part 2 conducted by Sifu Jeffrey Segal
Dinner 8.30pm.
A break for lunch between 12/2pm on both days.
The Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan course will cover stance training, internal force training, some basic patterns, a short Tai Chi Chuan set, combat application, and a’ taste’ of Wahnam Pushing hands.

The venue for the course is a large hall in Collis Sandes House, Oakpark, Tralee, Co Kerry
This venue has a hostel as part of the House http://indigo.ie/~colsands/ for those of you who will need accommodation. We will hopefully be able to train on the lawn outside weather permitting!
For those travelling from the UK, www.ryanair.com fly from Stanstead airport into Kerry airport and www.aerarann.com fly from Manchester and Dublin into Kerry airport.
If you are flying into Dublin airport, there are trains and buses from the city to Tralee every day. The Airport bus will bring you to Heuston train station or bus arus station.
