Hello Everybody,
It gives me great pleasure to announce (on behalf of Attilio Sihing) that Sifu Wong will be teaching courses in Shaolin Wahnam Qigong at the wonderful Hotel Punta Est in Finale Ligure (Savona), Italy.
Here is the program for the weekend:
CHI KUNG for HEALTH 1 15th May 9am-12am / 2pm-5pm
CHI KUNG for HEALTH 2 16th May 9am-12am / 2pm-5pm
In these courses Sifu will be teaching exercises from the famous 18 Lohan Hands.
CHI KUNG for VITALITY 15th and 16th May 6pm-8pm
In this course Sifu will teach Sinew Metamorphosis
Punta Est is one of Sifu's favourite course venues and I know that he always looks forward to his annual visit. The courses will be given in English with an Italian translation provided by Master Roberto Rama.
