Hi Everybody,
A new 12 week course on Shaolin Wahnam Chi Kung will commence in Galway.
Date: 14th April 2004
Venue: Presentation Primary School hall, Presentation Road, Galway city.
Time: 8pm-10pm every Wednesday night.
Fee: E250.00.
On Wednesday 14th April, the first hour 8-9pm will be a free information hour on Shaolin Chi Kung and its benefits to health, vitality, mental focus and longevity.
The course will start properly from 9pm-10pm.
During the 12 weeks we will cover The Eight Brocades (chi kung patterns), relaxation, breathing, mind focus, the once secretive 'induced chi flow', the do's and don'ts in training, maximising results of your chi kung practice and have lots of fun also.
