  • The art of happiness

Lately I been feeling depressed and lonely since all my good friends have left. Even my best friend had left without a trace. So I decided to read "The art of happiness" by the Dala Lama and Howard C. Cultler, M.D.

Wow I only have read half way and I can truthfully say it is amazing. Very inspiring but even more important, gave me back my hope. What was truly amazing is that after reading some passages, I had a very weird feeling. I felt good and it was something I haven't felt for a long time. But even more was that I notice I was smiling from the heart.

I could not belive that it made me smile from the heart. It was truley amazing.

It is true, he has this thing, almost mystical, it can affect everyone. He inspires more than awe.

I would highly recomend this to everyone espically those who are depressed. I hope this can help somebody.

    Agreed

I read this book about six months ago and was struck by its simplicity - How we have a choice about how happily we experience life. There is also another one in the same series - The art of happiness at work - that I find useful when I remember to put it into practice .
