Hello Everyone,
A new 12 week course on Shaolin Wahnam Chi Kung will commence in Cork city on Monday nights 7.30/9.30pm.
The venue is THE GLEN SPORTS AND RECREATION CENTRE, The Glen, (near Blackpool, up the hill, past church, on left).
Course commences November 10th, 6 weeks before Christmas and 6 weeks after.
Instruction will be given on The Eight Brocades and the essential and once secretive 'induced chi flow'. This is practised for health, vitality, mental focus and inner peace. Shaolin Wahnam Chi Kung is also very effective in overcoming chronic illness both physical and emotional problems.
Past students are also welcome to attend for review and I look forward to meeting you all again.
