Nottingham: your attention please

Hello everyone,

A wonderful opportunity for all of you in the Midlands (and beyond) to learn and practice Shaolin Wahnam Cosmos Chi Kung. I will be teaching the first 8 patterns of the 18 Lohan hands. These 8 patterns are also known as Eight pieces Brocade or Ba Duan Jin. (Please refer to www.wahnam.com/uk for further information on the 18 Lohan hands)

WHERE - International Community Centre (ICC), Mansfield Road, Nottingham. Up past the Victoria shopping centre.

WHEN - Course begins Thursday 30th October at 19:30 hours and lasts for 2 hours. Note: This is a 12 week course, we will be taking 2 weeks off over Christmas and new year as Christmas day and New years day are both on Thursdays.

COST - £300

Hi Jefferey, thankyou for your kind words, fingers crossed that this hurdle won't be too much of a white knuckle ride!!

I know that in order to become a good instructor I have to start at the beginning and fortunately I have enough experiences in my history to confirm that I will survive this new experience and once the dust settles, be able to use it as a lesson to help improve future courses.

I guess if you want to know what a mango tastes like, then you have to taste it!
