Welcome to the Wahnam Taijiquan section of the forum. I've created this sticky thread as a first point of call for new visitors to the forum who are interested in Wahnam Taijiquan.
Sifu's website is full of videos showing different aspects of our training.
For example, here is a set of videos taken at the intensive course in September 2008
This set of videos taken at the Blue Mountain shows basic training in Wahnam Taijiquan
In Wahnam Taijiquan we use combat sequences as part of our sparing methodology. This series of videos, one of my personal favourites shows Sifu performing the sequences slowly.
There are lots more Wahnam Taijiquan videos available. Just go to the Videos Galore section of Sifu's website and scroll down the page until you get to the Wahnam Taijiquan section.
