Hi Rob,

there aren't any Shaolin Wahnam Chi Kung instructors in or around Manchester at the moment.

If you are interested we are running two courses in Derby:

August 11th - 12th We will be covering the fundamental Chi Kung skills of generating energy flow and using that to clear difficulties

October 19th-21st We will be developing from the earlier course and using those skills to build internal force and developing the skills of

nourishing
