Hello Family,
I will be putting together a short video about Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung with the purpose of answering "What is Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung?" It will serve as an introduction for those not familiar with chi kung and also as a promotional video.
I'm sharing this here because perhaps some of you would like to participate in the video. You can join in no matter where you are! I will collect the raw video of those participating through email/dropbox/google drive and will then edit everything down to a 2 - 2.5 minute video, combining parts of different participants' contributions. I'm hoping I can get a mix of people from various countries, as this would demonstrate Shaolin Wahnam's international family.
If interested, please PM me for more details. For general information, I'll be looking for high quality video of the following:
- Chi Kung patterns
- Chi flow (Flowing Breeze, Swaying Willows style)
- Your personal explanation of what is Chi Kung
- How Chi Kung has improved your health/life
As long as you have a smart phone from the last 2 - 3 years, you can make high quality videos!
