    Straight after the evening practice:

Chi Kung/Kung Fu - Iron Leg and Iron Arm
    Zen - Zen meditation

Edit - was not sure if these arts are more Kung Fu or Chi Kung, it can be relative in our school where almost all the work is internal.

          Dear Shaolin Wahnam Family,

          My second guess would be...

"The Legacy of the Five Shaolin Elders".

Now, another real challenge would be to guess which Chi Kung, Kung Fu and Zen would be included in such a set of courses!

With Love, Care and Shaolin Salute,

          Santi

                  Getting A Grip!

                  Honorable Sipak and dear Family,

I can now make good enough second guesses for Chi Kung and Kungfu courses, so here it goes.

For Kungfu we are going to learn the intricacies of internally training the three classic Kungu claws and their applications for combat, chin-na in particular: Dragon Claw, Tiger Claw, and Eagle Claw. These hand forms and their applications are indeed very prominently featured in the hint images! The course participants are either asked to learn well one Dragon, Tiger, or Eagle Claw set or asked to learn one of each. I'm not entirely sure, but it's also very possible judging from the Monkey Paws reaching peaches, that we will be taught more (if not all) of the classic Kungfu hand forms to complement what was mentioned before. Paws and Claws Kungfu Course, anyone?

For Chi Kung we are going to learn the fabled Art of Lightness. I find it incredible if it's actually happening and that Sigung has developed his teaching methodology to make it possible. I remember of reading that White Crane Steps on Snow and Lohan Worships Buddha are good for the internal training of the art, but what the training will be in the end, is well beyond my guess. The hint #4 would fit well the latter exercise.

In the case my guesses are correct, I would like to offer my congratulations and thanks for the organizers, Sifu and Markus Sipak, for offering us a real treat. As for the Kungfu course, since last month I have developed a weirdly coincidental interest in chin-na and applying it through different claws. I even had downloaded the Eagle Claw Kungu internal force training videos for later reference, hah!

                  With sincere respect,
                  Olli

                    Detective games

                    Dear Shaolin Wahnam Family,

let me guess a second time as I'm sure of what is going to be taught due to my investigation in the World Wide Web

All the hints are speaking the same language as we can see, and as we know from the begining of this thread,

                    • All courses will be advanced courses - no beginners courses this time
                    • None of these courses have been taught by Grandmaster Wong before
                    • Some of the content may have been taught at other Shaolin Wahnam courses in the past, and some has never been taught before publicly in our school
there is only a little space left for the suspects. The hints number 9 & 11 are some of the easiest hints, they represent the dragon. As we know the dragon is
the most majestic animal of the five animals in Shaolin Kung Fu. The dragon stands for soft and flowing, as well as for mental freshness and mental agility.
If you want to train your mind while doing Shaolin Kung Fu sets, then it will be wise to choose some kind of a dragon set, because they are the most suitable ones for this aim.

If you train your mind in this way you will get by time a lot of mental clarity. This leads us of to hint number 7. Hint number 7 shows us a advanced art, it could be
some art which we are already know, but even in this way, for this advanced art you need a lot of mental clarity, which leads us back to our dragon (training).

If you have thought that what happend until now in this thread is in some way random I have to wake you up. Lets go back to hint number 9.
Have you known that the dragon is one of the emperor's symbols? In chinese culture the dragon is related to the number 9.

Have you ever noticed that Markus Sipak posted hint number 9 (2 dragons) on the 9th day of the month?

Lets go to hint number 2, Sitaigung Ho Fatt Nam. Sitaigung Ho Fatt Nam was a master of mind, and also a dragon as Sigung said that at the end of the Legacy of Ho Fatt Nam
course almost 2 years ago. By the way Sigung's pinnacle of Kung Fu training is the dragon strength (set). Let's come back to this later.

As we know some of the content may have been taught earlier in the past at other Shaolin Wahnam courses, and here is our suspect.

It has been taught a few times in the past during Special Shaolin Kung Fu Courses (by invitation only), as my investigation shows me the last time 10 years ago.
Students could choose at thouse Special Shaolin Kung Fu Courses what they want to learn. So the art, style or however you may call it have never been thaugt before as an
                    individual course.

The lineage of this set goes back to hint number 2. But Sitaigung Ho himself have never thaugt this set to someone, because he didn't teach it.
Sigung has learned this set from a sihing of him in Sitaigungs Ho school. They exchanged sets. His sihing learnt this set from an another teacher.

During my investigation I also found out that Markus Sipak have specialised in that set during a Special Shaolin Kung Fu Course more than 10 years ago!

The set I'm writing about is the: Siu Lam Loong Kuen

or in english: Shaolin Dragon Form Set

The Dragon Form Set is from Northern Shaolin. The patterns are simple, but the application profound.
The first pattern after the greeting procedure is Double Dragons Emerge from Sea (look at hint number 9).

Then after the force training you will find Swimming Dragon Plays with Water (look at hint number 11).

Probably Sigung will also teach some (new) special skills during this course like dragon speed or dragon strength.

By the way hint number 10, the God of Martial Arts, or Marshall Yue Fei, was a northern Shaolin Kung Fu master, Marshall of the emperor's army at the
Song Dynasty. Yue Fei fought a total of 126 battles, but did not lose a single one. Maybe this could be a hint for the Zen course.

                    With shaolin salute,

                    (Detective) Dimitri.
When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.
When the student is truly ready, the teacher will disappear.

                              Honorable Sipak,

My second guess for the Zen course is that it will involve our School's usual advanced breathing methods (Abdominal Breathing, Cosmic Breathing) and meditation in Lotus position in conjunction: first generate energy flow, then investigate the original nature of mind in stillness. Sounds like a very Traditional and Hardcore Zen Meditation, as different breathing methods are often considered excellent gateways to meditation.

Seems like there is lots of enjoyable Art of Flexibility training ahead!

                              With sincere respect,
