The 'Jew's Harp' - an instrument for the travelling warrior sage

The 'Jew's Harp' is an ancient instrument found in cultures all over the world, the name is said to come from english 'jaw'.

Here a cool and funny introduction to the Jew's Harp and it's History and demonstrations: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4SpWuseQGys

Here a video of Ma Guo Guo playing Chinese Jew's Harp - there it's called 'Kou Xian': https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gsv2zvVoeWs

    Here a good supplier: https://www.danmoi.com/

A travelling warrior sage most likely won't carry big or fragile music instruments.

The 'Jew's Harp' or 'Kou Xian' (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kouxian) may have been (apart from flutes) an ideal instrument for them as it is small, practical and resistant enough to be carried while travelling.

    With Shaolin Salute,
