If I Smile From My Heart

Dear Shaolin Wahnam Family,

"Smiling From the Heart" is one of the foundations of the wonderful arts that we practice.

Though Sifu said it many times and in many courses, it was in Ireland that I deepened in this treasured skill.

I never imagined how powerful and useful this skill was going to be for my life. Very often the most powerful practices seem to be hidden in the simplicity.

I am very grateful to Sifu for teaching me this treasure. I am also very grateful to Sije for helping me to deepen in the practice. She played such an important part in my development.

I composed this song for Sije a couple of days ago but I thought that it would be good to share it in the Forum as Sifu and his wonderful school is a living proof of this fantastic art.
