I will surpass the 5 years this year. My Shaolin Wahnam birthday is in September.
So officially I will be in the second category: between five and ten years. Looking at the past I have to happily say that I am an absolutely different person. My practice bring out the best in me everyday since the first day.

My 7th year this year (in September 2009 I attended my first course with Sifu). In summertime I began to practice after Sifu's book "The Art of Chi Kung", but already knew that I would attend a course. And no "seven year itch"!
Already about 10 years earlier I had first read this book and practiced "Lifting the Sky" for half a year ... but unfortunately stopped then before even attending a course. A pity - it would have helped me a lot in a personal crisis (loss of father and husband). But obviously it had to ripen in me first.

Dear Charles and Shaolin Wahnam Family,
16 years on 9th January last...................the time has just flown by!!!!!!!
It was January 2000 and there were only 3 people on the Intensive Chi Kung course at the time. A guy from Austria and a guy from Toronto. What a life changing experience. It is amazing to see how much I and the school has grown and evolved since then. It is simply mind blowing!!
