    I agree that partner work is essential, while solo training is the regular staple.

    I like Golden Cockerel Locks Throat because it feels 'unexpected'.

    It's great that you are hosting Sifu in China, Anton. All the best of success with that!

      I am not looking forward to learn Chin Na from Sigung and host him in China but also to enjoy some wonderful Cantonese food!!

        I remember my head being very melted during the five days of learning these so I liked the ones where I could lay on the ground and get some rest ha ha ha.
