The Essence of Taijiquan, Baguazhang and Xingyiquan
This is wonderful news! Wonderful for those lucky enough to attend this historic course and avail of the opportunity, and of course it is also wonderful for the school - Sun Style is quite a stunning addition to our Tai Chi Chuan.
I am thrilled to announce that Sifu has kindly agreed to teach "Sun Style Taijiquan - the essence of Taijiquan, Baguazhang and Xingyiquan", in Toronto this fall!
He will teach on Nov 4, 5, and 6, from 9:00am to 12:00pm, and from 3:00pm to 6:00pm.
Dear Sije,
Thank you for sharing this exciting news, I am very much looking forward to learning Sifu's decoding of Sun Style Taijiquan! The Xingyiquan course last year was a particular highlight, and experiencing Sifu's generous sharing of the combined essence of the three major internal arts is going to be quite something.

Dear Kevin,
I wholeheartedly agree with you, Sun Style - and particularly Sifu's teaching of it - will be a stunning addition to our Tai Chi Chuan indeed. I hope we'll perhaps get a chance to meet again!
Excellent news that this course is happening. Hopefully many people grab the opportunity!
I wonder why there is a requirement for holding the Golden Bridge nicely for 10 minutes. Could Emiko Siguma please shed some light on the matter? Is it just to keep the standard high enough or will the force training on the course be really involved?
I would also like to extend the best of wishes for the courses happening in Scandinavia.

Yes, being able to do the Golden Bridge well for 10 minutes ensures that participants will have enough internal force to be able to:
- minimize risk of physical injury
- avoid negative thoughts that lead to emotional/mental blockages
- have the confidence to participate without excessive self-consciousness or insecurity
- wake up to what a rare and special gift this course is, such that profound gratitude arises from within and causes the participant's life to change for the better
- thoroughly enjoy the course with lots of fun and laughter!
It goes without saying that Sifu/Sigung/Sitaigung teaches triple cultivation (training for good health, combat efficiency and spiritual cultivation), and therefore there will be teaching on force training. However much or little he focuses on this, and the level at which he teaches this will be dependent on his unique assessment of what the group needs at that given time. The role of the participants will be to 'smile from the heart' and 'follow instructions'!
Thank you for the opportunity to receive and respond to your question, Olli.
the courses to be held in Toronto sound wonderful.
The basic requirement of Golden Bridge for 10 minutes is truly a surprisingly effective way of developing a LOT of internal force. And to then be able to transfer that to everything that you do, be it combat or daily life.
Wishing all the best to all attending the courses!
Thank you for your kind wishes - they are much appreciated!
Yes, we are very excited about Sifu/Sigung's arrival in Toronto this November.
In fact, I am thrilled to announce an upgrade to the title of the course to: 'Three Harmonies Set' - The Essence of Xingyiquan, Baguazhang & Taijiquan.
Soon, Sifu/Sigung will be posting the 'Three Harmonies Set', which course participants will be able to view and use to prepare for the course proper. Please stay tuned.
I am pleased to send out the next blurb. Looking forward to seeing both familiar and new faces!
Essence of Xingyiquan, Baguazhang and Taijiquan:
"Three Harmonies"
- a course on 'marvellous' kungfu
- taught by Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit - Nov 4, 5, 6, 2016

This exciting course promises to be yet another unforgettable and life-changing opportunity for beginners and masters alike.
Learn from a grandmaster who has mastered the art of teaching practitioners at multiple levels in a 'safe-yet-thrilling' way!
Is it possible to become even healthier through training martial arts?
Does kungfu like in the movies really exist?
Can beginners learn such martial arts?
Does one's confidence increase from taking this course?
Can masters 'up' their game even further?
Can one receive the map for training towards success even after the course?
Is the course fun? Is the course worth it?
Will it change my life for the better?
The simple answer to all of the above is 'yes'.
You are invited to come and experience for yourself the 'yes's of these questions.
Expect to work hard, laugh a lot, and experience the joy of life!
Thank you for posting a link to the picture series of the 'Wudang Three-Harmony Set' - they are so crisp and clear, aren't they?
Dear Family,
I am pleased to announce that I was able to acquire the domain name of 'www.ShaolinWudang.com', and so this link will also lead to the website pertaining to the course that Sifu/Sigung will be teaching in Toronto this November.
I must confess that it is hard to contain my excitement regarding this upcoming course on the Essence of the Wudang Internal Arts: taijiquan, xingyiquan and baguazhang!
I think I've finally learned the whole set, and it is a lot of fun to do and feels wonderful, even at this early stage! I'm very much looking forward to the course
As a bonus, Christina has decided to fly up for it along with Mason (our youngest) and my mother! Mom will hang out with Mason while we're in class, which is a win-win since she hasn't gotten to see him since a month or so after he was born (he's almost 9 months old now).
That's great news, it will be wonderful to see you and Christina in Toronto!
I'm now about halfway through learning the set, and it does feel amazing indeed. I very much look forward to receiving Sifu's transmission for the set to open up further. I remember many years ago reading about the three internal martial arts and their mysteries - to think that now we will receive their essence in one crystallized set is quite the gift!
