The one I happen to be practicing at the time. It's the only answer I can think of.

Today I enjoyed "Nourishing kidneys", yesterday "Separating Water", and the day before yesterday "Pushing Mountains".
I have an everyday constant as a beginning, this is "Lifting the Sky", often followed by "Carrying the moon".
It depends on how exercises follow my needs, how I feel, how much time I have etc. If necessary I like "Embracing Buddha" too.

        Kind regards,

For me, it's a hard decision between One Finger Shooting Zen and Cosmos Stance lately. Baguazhang force training comes right after those two at the moment.
I like making silly videos (including kung fu ones!) every so often on YouTube and taking pictures of weird things on Instagram.

Is Dragon Strength a Chi Kung exercise?

                  - If yes, then Dragon Strength.
                  - If not, then Phenomenal Big Universe, because it makes my Dragon Strength even more powerful. (only combined every now and then)

                    Dear Charles,

It would be 'Smiling from the Heart + pattern' for me.

Lifting the sky is still the constant. So profound yet simple...
